Burial Vaults
A vault is a sturdy container into which the casket is placed prior to burial. Vaults are available with a variety of inner liners, protective seals and decorative features. Like caskets, vaults are crafted from a wide range of materials, ensuring that an affordable choice is available to suit your needs.
In most areas, state or local law does not require that you buy a container to surround the casket in the grave. However, most cemeteries require that you have such a container so that the grave will not sink. Either an outer burial container or burial vault will generally satisfy these requirements.
