Embrace urns are specially designed to degrade naturally in soil. Crafted by hand from mulberry bark and recycled materials, these "green" urns are available in five designs. These urns are also suitable for temporary and ceremonial use.
Sustainable Craftsmanship
The bark is harvested using a technique that preserves the living mulberry tree, making the bark a truly renewable resource. Some designs also incorporate recycled materials.
Using the Embrace urn in water burial and scattering ceremonies
Each Embrace includes an EPA-approved liner designed to degrade naturally in water. Although the entire urn is crafted from natural and recycled materials, we recommend placing only the inner liner in water. The outer container may be retained as a memory box.
