a family owned and operated company, we know how important your memories are to
you. We want you to be completely satisfied with anything you purchase from us.
If you are dissatisfied for any reason, simply return the product within 30 days
of the purchase date and we will refund you the cost of the product, less shipping and handling, no questions asked.
If the product was damaged or imperfect, return it to us within 21 days of purchase for full refund or replacement.
All orders are subject to credit card approval. In-stock items generally will be shipped the same business day for orders received by 10:00 AM Central time; otherwise, your order will ship the next business day. All items will be shipped via UPS Ground within the continental U.S., unless otherwise requested.
Due to Illinois and Federal regulations, this policy does not apply to casket sales. Please contact us immediately with any problems you have regarding your casket purchase.
